Wow, nice guy, huh? First, English is a very difficult language to learn, second, Chinese is entirely different and has different characters (you would know them as 'letters") and he is new to the job. Get off your high horse, be less arrogant because believe me, you have NOTHING to be arrogant about and try to be a human being and not such a rude prick.
