How to get through a financial situation?

Your to young to work until 17 by law. You can mow yards or simple stuff but no one can hire you hourly full time until you turn 17. Has your dad filed for any assistance. He should be looking for work or he could baby sit the daughter and the wife work. someone has to work in the family.
