Why is my computer slow?

So in like February I had a virus on my computer but I got it fixed and it was fine after. Now all of a sudden it is slow and constantly freezing I have spywares and blockers. I only download programs from official sites and I scan then first but I haven't downloaded any thing lately what Is wrong with my computer
