Where can I find a community of artists to illustrate my work?

I am an aspiring writer and am interested in starting either a cartoon, an anime, or a graphic novel. However, I'm not the greatest of artists and plan to focus entirely on the story-aspect of the business. Is there somewhere I can find a collection of artists that happen to want to draw for a writer? My genres span from fantasy to sci-fi, from action-adventure to murder mysteries, and I'm also into psychological and supernatural thrillers. Examples of some of my favorite works are Death Note, The Spiderwick Chronicles (the story was okay but the artwork is astonishing), The Mortal Instruments series (beautiful story, unique play on ideas), and even more comical things like Blue Exorcist (anime that started airing in last September I believe) and Tokyo Majin (both anime have similar themes and comical structure).
