Usa olympic rugby question?

for usa sevens rugby why dont they recruit like nfl runningbacks like adrian peterson or chris johnson.the running backs would be overpowering and too fast too catch.plus in sevens I think they have enough endurance since they train so hard.plus imagine them trying to take adrian peterson down.
