Don't want to be a super athlete or bodybuilder, just look good, anyone suggest a good home workout regime?

I mostly just want to look toned for my girlfriend, she doesn't mind but i'm nice and want to look good for her XD I also train in martial arts but tire out very quickly and am often being overpowered. never plan on competing just don't want to suck as much :P so i'm after a work out i can do before/after work or at weekends in my own home as i have no time for/cant afford a gym membership. ty in advance! Dietary suggestions welcome but i already eat well, and am vegetarian.
