Which fm transmitter would work for my Zune HD on long island and in the tri-state area best?

I've read the reviews for every possible item and i cant decide. I need a transmitter that will plug into the outlet of my 1999 cherokee that will overpower other radio stations just enough for my to hear the music off of my zune hd. please help.
