Was it Drug Addiction or the Fear of Collaborating With Michael Stipe that Drove Cobain to Suicide?

He was bipolar, he was clinically depressed, and he was suicidal in the first place. Fame, drugs, etc. just pushed him off of the cliff he was leaning off of his whole life.
