Unable to register my PS3?

Yah, I had a similar issue. I tried to register mine as well, and I couldn't get to the next page -- pushing Continue did absolutely nothing. It's not required to register your systems, though. However, I am one of those types of people who feels like it needs to be done anyway. So what I did was contact Sony through their online contact form and got a response to send them the information to have my systems registered. So do that -- contact them to get the proper request -- and they'll register it for you.
