How do Muslim male students and businessmen travelling to Europe, USA, Canada, South America...handle it when?

they see women on the streets and in shops wearing what we would consider normal Western attire - shorts, T shirts, jeans, dresses and skirts that are knee length, etc.? Do they feel overpowered by desire, or do they get used to it like males do who live in these countries?
