why doesn't foxes live in packs or pairs like wolves, dogs, coyotes, jackals, african wild dogs or other wild canids? why is that they tend to live solitary lives rather than live in packs or pairs like their larger cousins? and if foxes were to live in packs or pairs how would they collaborate and would they if even work together if possible or would they just liberally attack each other at all cost?
