How did humans have the power to overpower a God(Jesus) for three days?

Know that God is Almighty and has the ability to do many things one of which he created humans in his image. Did we overpower god when jesus knew that one of his own disciples was going to betray him. doesn't god see things before they happen isn't god in everything and everyone, He is Almighty and shall be raised up. God sees things before the happen and he knows all for he is god. How is it possible that man overpowered god when jesus was put on the cross to die for our sins he was not overpowered by men but by god himself jesus had his fate chosen by God. for therefore we have an over loving god he put his only son on the cross to die for our sins rejoice those that repent and follow gods word.
